2 Tbsp Tart is Smart concentrate

10–12 oz cold water

Ice & lemon slice (optional)

Directions: Stir concentrate into water, add ice, finish with a lemon slice.

2 Tbsp concentrate

10 oz hot water or caffeine-free herbal tea (e.g., chamomile)

Honey to taste (optional)
Directions: Combine, stir, and sip warm in the evening.

1 frozen banana

¾ cup plain yogurt (or dairy-free)

½ cup water

2 Tbsp concentrate

Optional: handful of spinach

Directions: Blend until smooth.

8 oz chilled sparkling water

Squeeze of lime

Fresh mint

Directions: Build over ice, stir gently, garnish with mint.
